This guideline has accompanied the development in the companies of the ISO-Gruppe since its foundation in 1979.
A substantial condition for the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction is our quality management system. Established in
1999, it supports the entire of software development from the requirement analysis up to the later maintenance of
implemented software. It describes the document handling during all project phases and therefore supports the
understanding between the project members internally and externally.

The quality management system is regularly revised by independent auditors and received the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001.
