What is the application process?

After you have sent us your application, we will send you a receipt of confirmation.

Does your profile meet our job requirements? Does our job sound promising? Then, we look forward to meeting you in person.

If the interview went well and you are the suitable candidate for our vacancy, you will be invited to a second interview. Once our mutual expectations are in agreement, we will discuss details about your employment.

If you are not chosen, we will keep your application in our talent pool should we have another opening that might be of interest to you – of course, only with your explicit permission.

What documents should I add to my application?

You will make a better first impression, the more detailed your documents are. Your application documents should include a cover letter, CV or resume, letters of reference and your education certificates. Please send us your documents in PDF format only.

What can I expect on my first day of work?

First of all, welcome aboard. We welcome new employees with a Welcome Day meeting. You will have the opportunity to meet your new colleagues and get a first impression of our company. We will provide you with important information on getting started and the basic work processes at the round table. After a tour of our Nuremberg locations and a joint snack, you will have the chance to meet your colleagues from your respective department.

On the first day of work, you will have the opportunity to discuss on-the-job training with your supervisors. As a result of a proactive training start, you will quickly become a part of the team. Your colleagues will be happy to assist you with advice and support.

How do we work in the ISO-Gruppe?

We value quick decision processes and flat hierarchies to achieve flexibility in our work.

Which working approach does ISO employ?

Balancing professional demands and private life is important to us. Thus, we generally offer flexible working hours. Core working hours are from Monday through Thursday, between 10 am and 4 pm. On Fridays, between 10 am and 2 pm. If you have an important personal appointment to attend during your working hours, we will certainly find a solution.

Does the ISO-Gruppe offer further education possibilities?

Would you like to continue your education? Continuing education is a top priority at ISO. The learning methods are as varied as the training content – from thematically tailored in-house seminars to training courses at external providers. German and English language courses are part of our standard program and are individually adapted to the needs of each group.

Where are the ISO-Gruppe sites?

As an international software producer, we have numerous branch offices in Germany, Austria, Poland and Canada. The ISO Recruiting Consultants’ are located in Frankfurt am Main.
