us that our colleagues are motivated and enjoy coming to work. Various freedoms in structuring your job let you better
balance work and life. We are also happy to support you when it comes holiday and vacation travels. Our in-house travel

Infrastructure
All our branches feature good Infrastructure: our locations are easily reachable by public
transportation and there are sufficient parking spaces available. Our offices have fully equipped kitchens. Coffee, tea
and a selection of beverages are available free of charge at all times.
Networking
Networking and cooperative togetherness are very important at the ISO-Gruppe. Whether after-work
events, our annual kick-off, the summer party, the Christmas party or other events – there are plenty of opportunities
for you to meet colleagues from other offices and sites.

We value your personal development. In 2018 alone 1,627 training days were attended – a total of
13,016 hours! You determine the direction of your further education. You have access to a range of internal training
courses and workshops. Our regular ISO Forum events, where colleagues share their expert knowledge, provide ample
opportunity to learn more about interesting topics, to engage in interdisciplinary exchange with colleagues, and to
