Creating a balance of work and life is an essential part of our corporate culture. It is important to us that our colleagues are motivated and enjoy coming to work. Various freedoms in structuring your job let you better balance work and life. We are also happy to support you when it comes holiday and vacation travels. Our in-house travel agency offers discounted packages and helps you plan your trips.
All our branches feature good Infrastructure: our locations are easily reachable by public transportation and there are sufficient parking spaces available. Our offices have fully equipped kitchens. Coffee, tea and a selection of beverages are available free of charge at all times.
Networking and cooperative togetherness are very important at the ISO-Gruppe. Whether after-work events, our annual kick-off, the summer party, the Christmas party or other events – there are plenty of opportunities for you to meet colleagues from other offices and sites.
Health and Well-being
Many health-promoting measuressuch as optional massages and a range of sporting activities accompany our employees in their everyday lives. Our goal here is to arouse and increase health consciousness. Modern, ergonomic workplace equipment and attractive offices are naturally also part of this.

Your Personal Development
We value your personal development. In 2018 alone 1,627 training days were attended – a total of 13,016 hours! You determine the direction of your further education. Our regular ISO Forum events, where colleagues share their expert knowledge, provide ample opportunity to learn more about interesting topics, to engage in interdisciplinary exchange with colleagues, and to expand your personal network.
