TÜV Rheinland puts their trust in the ISO Professional Services’ Data Quality

As part of the introduction of different master data governance tools, TÜV Rheinland decided to go with the ISO Professional Services’ Marlin Suite.

TÜV Rheinland will use different SAP add-ons from the ISO Professional Services’ Marlin Suite going forward. The Marlin Suite includes numerous SAP applications to increase data quality. Thus, TÜV Rheinland now achieves a significantly higher data quality in their SAP systems. To increase their data quality further, they purchased additional tools, like the Duplicate Check, Address Validation, VAT ID Check, Saction List Check and the Data Enrichment from the Marlin product portfolio.

The project began in early 2020 at TÜV Rheinland and the first main processes took place at the end of April. Subsequently, further functions were implemented, such an additional query from Business Rules, a web mask to enter new master data requests and the optimization of processes. The various tools can be used throughout the group at all their locations worldwide. “The ISO Professional Services’ solutions are so scalable that we are able to use them throughout the entire TÜV Rheinland community” says Ashish Ranga, Head of Global Master Data Governance, TÜV Rheinland Service GmbH.

ISO Professional Services led the entire project remotely and only at the customer location in Cologne to a very limited extent. “The order for this project was received before the Corona crisis began. Therefore, nobody expected such framework conditions”, reported Mario Kalschne, Senior Consultant SAP to ISO Professional Services. “We are all the more proud of the course and result of the path taken at such short notice to introduce the new software remotely. The cooperation during the deployment of the software at TÜV Rheinland was excellent despite the special circumstances”, explained Kalschne.
