We follow the UN Global Compact principles
Values, principles and sustainability – these are big words that stand for things we consider self-evident. In the end, it is all about equal rights for all people, the right to democratic structures and the observance of agreements.
It is not about tolerating or promoting forced, compulsory or child labor, but about fighting discrimination on the job because of skin color, sex or social standing. Albert Einstein once said: “I talk to everybody the same way, no matter whether it’s the garbage man or the university’s president.” Moreover, our key responsibilities as a company are to find sustainable solutions for environmental issues and prevent corruption at all times.
Lasting. Reliable. Innovative.
As a business group with more than 600 employees in ten locations spread across four countries on two continents, we strive to live up to these values without reservation. We owe this not only to our employees, but to our customers and partners all over the globe as well. It is imperative for everyone in the company – from executive board members to the employees – to keep these values in mind, uphold them and conduct themselves accordingly.
The ISO-Gruppe is a family-run group of companies, who feels especially committed to their social responsibilities. In the more than 40 year company history, the ISO-Gruppe has overcome numerous economic and social challenges and has always stayed true to the values and principles mentioned above. Economical sustainability and fairness towards its employees, partners and customers have always been the cornerstones of the ISO-Gruppe. In the past couple of years, the environmental factor has taken on a more prominent focus.
The ISO Software Systeme GmbH and the ISO Public Services GmbH were one of the first ISO-Gruppe companies to dedicate themselves in 2020 to the UN Global Compact initiative for corporate responsibility whose tenets include human rights, work, environment, and anti-corruption measures.
