Bundled expertise from the German SME sector
The development of the IT market has been extremely fast and agile for some years now, and in various directions. Clients demand an ever broader portfolio. In order to meet these requirements, a number of medium-sized companies have formed a strategic partnership: the ISO-Konsortium, moderated by ISO Software Systeme GmbH.

The aim of the ISO-Konsortium is to successfully manage new tasks and directions in the IT market for both customers and contractors. The cooperation is not limited to Germany's Federal Employment Agency. ISO Software Systeme works with its partners – among others – for joint customers such as Deutsches Reisebüro, SIEMENS (several divisions) and a large number of smaller companies.

The partners of the ISO-Konsortium have been supporting the largest authorities in Germany for more than ten years. Together, they have worked over 200,000 operational hours for their customers. Many of the partners are conceptual pioneers and technical as well as technical knowledge carriers in numerous customer projects.
The partners of the ISO-Konsortium primarily rely on permanent employees at the locations of the respective customer projects. A large part of the network comes from the Nuremberg metropolitan region and supports various large customers in the public sector. Through a transparent pricing model according to the "Open Book" principle and a structured, highly automated project office, it is possible for the partners to supply the required qualifications in all expertises.
The heterogeneous composition of the ISO-Konsortium enables maximum flexibility. This puts the group in an excellent position to cover the entire spectrum of requirements from consulting activities to the complete handling of projects.
Concepts such as the "Open Book" principle ensure one hundred percent transparency between the partners and form the basis for trusting, cooperative cooperation between all members in the target markets of the ISO-Konsortium.
These modern approaches, coupled with many years of experience in the public sector, result in far-reaching contractual and procedural advantages. The well-rehearsed team in the background forms the foundation for a stable and secure handling of the customers' needs.
In addition to all these aspects, ISO has stood for stability and independence on regional, national and international markets for almost 40 years as an owner-managed family business.
