IT services in public administration

As an IT system vendor we support the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) – Germany’s largest government agency – as well as the Rhineland Regional Council (Landschaftsverband Rheinland).

The German Federal Employment Agency

The main duties of the BA are job placement and career counseling along with occupational research as well as employment market observation and reporting. The BA is also responsible for compensations for reduced income (e.g., unemployment benefits, insolvency payments, short-time allowances), active employment promotion (benefits to retain and create workplaces, promotion of further training, start-up financing, employment subsidy), promotion of vocational training, child benefits and more.

Within these various roles and responsibilities we are part of both internal procedures (personal data management, determining unemployment figures) and client processes (career counseling, child benefits).

On site we support primarily with this expertise:

  • Programming – C, C++, VB, .NET, Java, EJB, JEE, JSF
  • Databases – Oracle, MS SQL Server
  • Conceptual work and operational support
  • SAP Operation

We also support the internal ITIL processes with our ITIL-certified employees.

Rhineland Regional Council

The Landschaftsverband Rheinland performs tasks for the municipalities in the field of disability and youth welfare, psychiatry and culture. In order to be able to use its budget optimally, it is to be avoided highest obligation additional costs or even multiple payments of achievements, caused by duplicates or data errors.

ISO Software Systeme supports the Landschaftsverband Rheinland to its greatest satisfaction with its Marble AddressCheck solution. Their dialogue and inventory check, as well as the clearing monitor and the error-tolerant search enable the association to prevent duplicates in the data record.
