As a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d), or SDR for short, you will start with us in an entry-level position in sales – the perfect opportunity to dive into sales in a structured way and lay the foundation for your future career with us.

Your tasks

  • With us, you know exactly what to focus on – your focus is on scheduling appointments, not on complex customer meetings or project negotiations
  • You are the first voice of our company: Inspire new contacts on the phone, via email, or on social media
  • You bring structure to the table: document your contacts in CRM and record your success stories
  • You grow every day: learn modern sales techniques, work closely with experienced colleagues, and develop step by step into a sales professional

Your profile

  • A degree in a business-related field or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in B2B sales or customer contact is an advantage, but not essential
  • Strong communication skills on the phone and in writing
  • High level of self-motivation, perseverance, good people skills, and enthusiasm for building customer relationships
  • Structured working style and good organizational skills
  • Interest in IT topics and a desire to learn new things
