Turnover and profits alone are no longer enough for modern companies to be successful. Much more is required to survive on the market in the long term. The management of the ISO-Gruppe has been aware of its corporate responsibility from the very beginning. Only those who think and act fairly and sustainably can remain competitive in the long term.
As part of our commitment to society, our people, and the environment, the ISO-Gruppe undergoes a thorough assessment of its sustainability practices each year by EcoVadis, a global industry leader in sustainability ratings. The EcoVadis rating covers 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
In our latest assessment, completed in September 2025, we received a bronze badge demonstrating our progress toward sustainability.
Our medium-term goal is to achieve Net Zero by 2030. A look at our key sustainability goals shows how we want to realise our vision of a green future:
In order to achieve our Net Zero target, we ensure that we minimise our carbon footprint when investing in infrastructure.
We already rely on the particularly efficient Kyoto technology in the data centres we use. The associated energy consumption plays a central role in every new hardware decision.
When concluding new contracts with energy suppliers, we pay attention to increasing the proportion of renewable energies in the electricity and heat supply.
Values, principles and sustainability should be a matter of course. It is about equal rights for all, democratic structures and the prevention of forced, compulsory and child labour as well as discrimination in the workplace. The fight against corruption and the creation of sustainable solutions to environmental problems are also important to us.
As a group of companies, we are fully committed to these principles. We owe this not only to our employees, but also to our customers and partners worldwide. These values characterise our actions at all levels.
The first companies joined the ISO-Gruppe in 2020. All companies in the ISO-Gruppe are now part of the Global Compact Network Germany e. V.
For the ISO-Gruppe, social responsibility also means providing long-term support for specific projects. Together with local partners, the ISO-Gruppe is therefore committed to building a school in Ilesai, Kenya.
The new school improves access to education while also providing essential infrastructure for the community, including sanitation facilities and access to clean water.
In the video, people from the region discuss the importance of the project and the changes it brings to their daily lives.
