Solaris Administrator (m/f/d)

We develop software in a large-scale international project in automation technology. Our software engineering is used in areas such as compiler construction, GUI programming, business logic development, and domain knowledge for automation technology devices. Your tasks

• Administer and operate Solaris systems
• Install updates, tools, and take over license management
• Create shell scripts and automate configurations
• Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions
• Documentation and coordination within the team and with the customer

Your profile

• A degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or comparable training
• Several years of experience in the administration of Solaris or comparable Unix systems
• Very good knowledge of shell scripting
• Operating system knowledge: Solaris SPARC SunOS 10 or comparable Unix systems
• Very good German skills and good English skills
