IT Customer Consultant Tourism (m/f/d)

To strengthen our tourism team, we are looking for an IT Customer Consultant Tourism (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible at one of our locations in Nuremberg, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Vienna or Montréal.

Your Responsibilities

• Support customers using our tourism software in Germany and abroad
• Advise customers on new features and on the implementation of change requests
• Specify customer change requirements for the development team
• Prepare offers for customers using our tools and handle billing after order and delivery
• Coordinate all related tasks with customers and the development team
• Test new software implementations and train your customers
• Take responsibility for project management and ensure the success of your customers

Your Profile

• Experience in the outgoing tour operator sector, ideally also in the incoming segment
• Understanding of IT processes and topics
• A university degree in tourism, business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification in the tourism environment is an advantage (but not mandatory)
• Very good German skills and preferably good English skills
• Enjoy working in an international team
• Customer-oriented with a strong focus on finding the best solutions
