Your tasks
- Identify, analyze, and structure requirements in complex IT projects in public administration
- Advise specialist departments on requirements and specifications
- Document and specify requirements in the form of user stories, overall specifications, or architectural decisions
- Designing specialist architectures, rough concepts, and solution designs that serve as the basis for technical implementation
- Evaluating requirements in terms of cost-effectiveness, feasibility, and risks, and working with stakeholders to develop viable solutions
- Contributing expertise in quality assurance, test preparation, and documentation, and ensuring the continuous development of the systems
Your profile
- A degree in engineering or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- Several years of proven professional experience in requirements analysis
- Confident use of methods and tools such as UML, BPMN, JIRA/Confluence, and modeling or specification tools (e.g., DOORS, ARIS, Enterprise Architect) is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, structured working methods, and strong communication skills when dealing with various stakeholders
- Very good written and spoken German
