LEGOLAND Billund now uses ISO's Pacific Reservation System

Successful Roll-out in the Heart of the LEGO World:

LEGOLAND Billund, the world's first and most famous LEGOLAND park, is a leisure classic that has delighted visitors from around the globe for generations. Now, the original park has joined the ranks of ISO customers. The ISO-Gruppe already provides custom IT solutions to eleven other parks, including several other Legoland parks.

With the introduction of the ISO reservation system Pacific and the seamlessly connected IBE, LEGOLAND Billund now has a powerful platform that centrally maps all relevant processes. This new solution provides the team with greater flexibility and dynamics when creating and marketing package deals. Changes to offers can be made in real time and displayed immediately, both online and offline. Smart automation optimizes individual workflows.

One notable feature is the automated conference reservation tool, which streamlines complex processes that were previously time-consuming. Its direct connection to the Opera hotel reservation system ensures efficient end-to-end digitalization. Numerous manual processes that were prone to error are now a thing of the past.

Optimized User Experience increases Conversion and Shopping Cart Value

Visitors to the new website enjoy an intuitive booking process with optimized cross-selling and upselling, as well as enhanced options for selecting hotels and additional services. The website's impressive usability is reflected in higher conversion rates and an increased average order value. Meanwhile, the volume of inquiries in the call center decreased significantly, clearly improving the business's efficiency. The new system was successfully launched at the end of 2024. Fine-tuning and full integration into the daily workflow of all employees occurred in the first quarter of 2025.
