Helpdesk & Hotlines
We are familiar with all well-known helpdesk systems and work in error management with a wide range of tools such as Jira Service Management, BMC Remedy Action Request System, ServiceNow, as well as with proven remote maintenance tools and terminal servers. The hotlines for any problems users have on running systems are always manned and directly linked to the error management system.
2nd and 3rd level support for users
We support users working in enterprise environments using commercially available internet browsers, naturally with the appropriate releases and in compliance with all security aspects.
Maintenance work and backup/recovery strategies
We support Windows operating systems in the client and server environment, carry out rollouts, system and office migrations and updates. This also includes all patches in the operating system environment.
We support our customers in authorization management and work with them to develop backup & recovery strategies for Unix and Microsoft products.
