AI Engineer (m/f/d) – Data Engineering

Do you develop AI agents and want to use cutting-edge technologies to advance real-world applications in medical technology? Then bring your expertise as an AI Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on data engineering to the ISO-Gruppe — either on-site in Forchheim or working remotely from anywhere in Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously refine AI agents for data-driven use cases
• Automate and optimize data flows in data warehouse solutions using AI agents
• Connect data sources and existing data platforms to AI agents
• Analyze business requirements in collaboration with product owners and internal departments and translate them into AI-based solutions
• Continuously improving the quality, performance, and functionality of AI agents
• Implement innovative AI solutions in collaboration with AI and data engineers as well as data warehouse developers

Your Profile

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a comparable field of study with a focus on IT, or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
• Several years of experience developing AI agents or AI-powered solutions using Copilot
• Knowledge of databases and a basic understanding of data engineering, ETL processes, or data warehouse solutions
• Ability to work well in a team and an analytical, solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good English skills and good German skills
