Job Responsibilities

  • Drive improvements with agile methods (Scrum, Lean, Kanban), test, refine and sustainably consolidate their effectiveness
  • Proactively identify potential obstacles and help resolve them with stakeholders
  • Liaise on all issues relating to agile software development
  • Provide inspiration for the further development of agile processes
  • Support the team in continuously optimizing their working methods

Basic Qualifications

  • A degree in (Business) Informatics/Computer Science, Medical Technology, or an engineering science
  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development
  • Profound knowledge of scrum methodologies and corresponding certification, e.g. as a Certified Scrum Master
  • Previous experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Git or similar tools
  • Very good knowledge of English suitable for working in an international company
