ISO welcomes diversity!
As modern employers, the companies of the ISO-Gruppe stand for a tolerant and appreciative working atmosphere.
We emphasize this by signing the Diversity Charter.
The Diversity Charter is an employer initiative to promote diversity in companies and institutions. The initiative aims to promote the recognition, appreciation and integration of diversity into Germany’s business culture. Organizations should create a working environment that is free of biases. All colleagues should be valued – regardless of gender identity, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity.
